Reuniting Pangea 🌎

🎨 Watercolour and ink on watercolour paper
👩‍🎨 November 2015, Deerhurst, Huntsville

Created during a time when I explored my passion for sailing, and the desire to return to the water, the helm and charting new courses. My intuition led me to find clues to help fulfill my self-expression, purpose, and my life journey.

I collected painting supplies and proceeded to doodle. While experimenting with watercolours I watched the pools of water on the paper absorb the reds, greens, and blues. Zooming in on the framework that was being laid out in front of me, I took a black sharpie and outlined the shapes that had bloomed.

Piece by piece, bit by bit, I meticulously punctuated and embellished the beautiful shapes and colours. Looking through a microscope, working in every direction until all was illuminated and identified, I noticed that each part had a story to tell. It was
a meditative process.

Taking a deep breath, I stepped back and recognized Mother Earth. She had been broken into little pieces and the picture was bringing her back whole again like a puzzle. Her life forces, the waters, cows, whales, dolphins, and prehistoric animals like the woolly mammoth, all coming back to earth reoxygenated and
repaired.

Out of chaos and confusion, a regrowth, clean water and fresh air emerged. It was heartwarming. The tectonic plates could be heard shifting and crunching as she was transforming herself. The promise of unification felt comforting as the earth’s consciousness was healing.

Mother Earth was now breathing deeply, reuniting, and
reintegrating herself. And I was sensing a healing in myself. ❤️

Egyptian Stairwell 𓊍

During this time, I was practicing the Alchemy of Horus meditation (Tom Kenyon) and studying Egyptian mythology—Isis, Osiris, and the ability to transform and heal. I explored the power of magic, the importance of breath and meditation, and how mythical symbols and stories can awaken the imagination to uncover deeper truths.

Imagination is everything.

The Tree of Life represents a journey of knowledge—raising kundalini through the chakras, breaking through veils, and becoming more consciously aware of yourself: your thoughts, your words, your actions, and their deeper meanings. This awareness offers inner guidance that only you can access and trust. Why rely on someone else’s interpretation of who you are? Their view carries their own baggage, not yours.

What you have to say or write is important—it’s how you hear yourself.

Each new insight is a gift, a message from the cosmos. Pay attention. Expand on it. These insights gradually free you from burdens. A simple question about my art once started a “waterfall” of thoughts, which I share here.

Ask me about any painting, and I can trace it back—through my journals—to the time and experiences that inspired it. Each piece is a visual translation of healing, learning, and growth, expressed through form, color, line, and composition—guided by the cosmic within me.

Painting has become a ritual, a passage of time, a documentation of my soul’s teachings and experiences. The messages I receive come from the cosmos—for my understanding and to share pathways for reflection, growth, and insight.

Discover what resonates with you—that is your clue. Notice what triggers you—that is where your next steps lie. My paintings and messages are like breadcrumbs from my soul to yours. Follow them, record your discoveries, and you may begin to notice the synchronicities weaving through your path—surprising, magical, and entirely your own.

This summer, I felt called to listen to Mother Earth more deeply — through her colours, her textures, her silence.

Each pigment here is made from the land itself… minerals and maple sap from Manitoulin Island, carried by water onto natural cotton fibers. It feels like painting with her voice.

Introducing my piece, Pink Amoebas 🎨

I began with a memory of helping my uncle pull a chalk line—fascinated by the vibration, the vibrant blue dust, and the purposeful markings. I even tried using a chalk line on canvas, but when it broke, I experimented by dipping a string in black paint, creating tension, and plucking it to capture that same effect.

The process was all trial and error until I found the rhythm. It felt special to relive that memory and see how even back then, I was being guided toward expressing myself through art. 💙

Virtual Tablet 🟨

When I created Virtual Tablet, I was reading The Secret Life of Mary, and two quotes deeply resonated with me:

1. “We’ve come to a place in history where keeping it under wraps has become more problematic than bringing it to light.”

2. “Divine birth may be an outdated technology; we can advance to full divinity within ourselves and become the living avatars our world needs.”

These ideas reminded me that humanity already carries every tool needed to self-reflect, heal, and redeem — and this is what Virtual Tablet embodies.

The blue background recalls Mother Mary’s robe, while the cross and triangle symbolize the trinity, sacred geometry, and the ancient power of the womb — sources of both healing and manifestation.

Before completing this larger painting, I created a series of notecards that correspond to it, almost like “downloads” from the same source. (Scroll though my previous posts to see them!)

The title Virtual Tablet is a metaphor: Your own computer exists within you — holding messages and wisdom that are always available. You recharge through silence and meditation.
